自动顺序启停系统“一键式启停”基础逻辑设计与应用

摘    要:为实现从设备的单元控制到工艺流程的系统控制再到综合功能的机组控制全自动,即“一键式启停”,需要有符合全过程、全自动要求的逻辑算法作为基础。根据应用实践,探讨了当前顺序控制存在的问题,介绍了单台设备的自动操控、启动备用设备的自动联锁、模拟量调节回路的自举投自动三种用于构建自动顺序启停系统“一键式启停”的基本逻辑算法,并对工作原理进行了说明。以这三种逻辑算法作为组态的自动顺序启停系统在某700MW机组中应用多年,运行情况表明系统设计科学、安全、可靠。

Abstract:Logic algorithm meeting the requirement of full automation for entire process is necessary for realizing full automation from equipment unit control to system control of technical flow and to unit control with integrated function, i. e. "start-up/shut-down with one key" . Based on application practice, this paper discusses the existing problems in sequence control, describes three basic logic algorithms of automatic control of single plant, automatic interlocking of start-up/backup equipment, bootstrap-to-automation of analogue regulating loop for the "start-up/shut-down with one key" of automatic procedure start-up/shut-down system (APS), and explains the working principle. The APS with the three logic algorithms as the configuration has been used in a 700 MW unit for many years. The operation results show that the system design is scientific, safe and reliable.
