| 摘 要： | 穿孔顶头是无缝钢管生产中的重要模具之一,本文通过分析顶头在生产过程中出现的失效方式,并从顶头的形状和结构设计、材质成分、热处理工艺等方面讨论了提高顶头使用寿命途径的研究现状.

| Abstract: | The piercing plug is one of the most important tools in the seamless steel tube production.This paper analyzes the failure forms of piercing plugs during the production and discusses the status quo on reseach about the measures improving service life of piercing plug from the design of shape and structure of piercing plug,composition of raw materials and heat-treatment process and so on. |
