吸附天然气技术研究进展及发展前景

摘    要:我国应发展以管道和液化天然气方式为主,以吸附天然气(ANG)及压缩天然气为辅的多元化天然气储运模式。文章论述了ANG技术的研究进展和粉体吸附剂的制备、成型过程中的关键问题,提出了降低活化比的4种方法:优选原料、进行原料预处理、改善反应状态和调整活化反应气氛或物料状态。探讨了吸附剂表面化学性质、吸附热效应、吸附气质组成等因素对其使用寿命的影响以及在不同应用领域中的改进措施。结果表明我国已具备独立知识产权和可实施产业化的ANG技术,有望大规模应用于燃气调峰和边远零散气井的开发等方面。

Abstract:Chinese natural gas storage and transportation model has given priority to pipe gas and LNG. Meanwhile, absorbed natural gas (ANG) and compressed natural gas (CNG) are two assistant models for diversification. The research progresses of ANG technology were discussed, and the key points of preparation and moulding of absorbent powder were elaborated. Meanwhile, 4 methods to reduce activation ratio were brought forth: optimizing raw materials, pretreatment of raw materials, improving reaction situation, adjusting ambient and material state of activation reaction. At the same time, the effect of surface chemical character, thermal effect of absorption and component of natural gas on longevity of absorbent was probed. The improvement solutions to different application fields were studied. The findings showed that China has owned independent-intelligence-right on ANG technology, which can be put into industrialization. Chinese ANG technology can be applied in gas peak-shaving and development of remote stray gas wells, etc.
