| Abstract: | According to the sense, market, cost of the students' employment and the role of the universities and enterprises, this paper analyses the difficulty of the employment. It points out the following suggestions: they are to standardize the employment market, to strengthen the role of the universities and enterprises and to change the students' employment sense. |
