| 摘 要： | 结合油底壳的模拟分析，提出了确定复杂冲压件落料毛坯的模拟逆推法，并介绍了提高模拟精度和计算效率的局部网格加密、局部区域试算以及建模简化方法，为板材落料尺寸的确定和模具的设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | Combining simulation analysis of oil sump, this paper puts forward simulated converse deduction of confirming complex blank . It also introduces local grid encryption, regional trial calculation and modeling predigestion method of improving simulation precision and calculation efficiency. Basis is provided for confirming the size of the plate blank and designing of the die needed. |
