大型钻机采用交流变频驱动的可行性研究

摘    要:对目前国内外直流电动钻机与交流变频电动钻机的研究表明,大型钻机采用交流变频驱动在钻机绞车、钻井泵、转盘、顶驱、辅助刹车、钻机的经济性和电功率容量等方面有无可比拟的优越性,是现代钻机发展的必由之路;目前影响大型钻机采用交流变频驱动的可靠性问题、价格因素、变频器和交流变频电动机的市场供应问题等已得到解决并具备一定的基础。因此认为,目前立足国内市场,发展7000m以内交流变频电动钻机无论在理论上还是实践上都是可行的。

Abstract:An investigation on the rigs using DC or AC frequency-variable drive system shows that use of the ACfrequency-variable drive system on the heavy load drilling rig is preferable considering cost saving of the drawworks, mud pump, rotary table, top drive system, auxiliary brake, and drilling rig. The problems with the application of AC frequency-changer drive system on heavy load drilling rig, such as reliability, price, frequency conversion, supply of frequency-changer and AC frequency variable drive system, have been solved. It is feasible to develop AC frequency-variable drive drilling rigs for wells lower than 7000m.
