沁水盆地南部高煤阶煤层气井排采工艺研究与实践

摘    要:中国石油华北油田公司在沁水盆地南部进行高煤阶煤层气开发5年来,已实现年外输气量4×108 m3,排采工艺和技术取得了一定成效。但是,目前还存在对该区煤储层认识不深入,没有成熟的排采技术可以借鉴,井底流压与产气量、产水量的关系认识不清,缺乏专用排采工具等问题。为此,开展了气、水、煤粉多相流动态变化对煤储层的敏感性研究,揭示出了不同开发方式下的煤层气排采规律,并制订出相应的排采技术规范--“五段三压”法(排水段、憋压段、控压段、高产稳产段和衰竭段;井底流压、解吸压力、地层压力);研发配套的排采工具,形成了拥有自主知识产权的平稳、高效、低成本的煤层气井排采技术系列--排采设备及工艺优化技术、内置防砂管技术和煤层气井智能控制技术;深化产气规律认识,建立了半定量科学排采工作制度,从而降低了对煤储层的伤害,提高了单井产气量。该工艺为沁水盆地南部煤层气田樊庄、郑庄区块15×108 m3煤层气产能建设提供了技术支撑。
