微细粒级矿泥合并流失矿浮选试验研究

摘    要:微细粒级矿泥和流失矿是凡口矿需要回收的铅锌资源,它占选厂资源的1.5%,文章从微细粒矿泥和流失矿的物化特性入手,研究了各自的浮选性能和合并浮选特性。小型试验室试验和工业试验表明微细粒矿泥和流失矿需要合并入选,不仅可以得到最佳的混合精矿品位和回收率,还可以减少药剂用量。

Abstract:The ultra-fine galenite-sphalerite clay and the ore lost during processing,which are 1.5 perecnt of the total resource,must be recoveried in Fankou Ore. Based on their mechanic and chemic properties,their individual and mixture the flotation characteristics were studied respectively. The small scale test and industrial experiment showed that the mixture flotation of the two ores can not only get optimal grade and recovery but also reduce the dosage of the medicament.
