基于通用CAD系统的薄壁零件夹具设计方法与应用

摘    要:在薄壁零件的机械加工中,零件的夹具设计直接影响其加工的质量.基于通用CAD系统进行薄壁零件夹具设计,建立起相应的方法实施框架.通过SolidWorks软件环境下的具体设计案例,说明该方法的具体应用过程.经过验证,该方法在提高夹具研制的质量和效率方面均具有良好的效果.

Abstract:Products quality in the process of machining thin-wall parts was impacted directly by the fixture design.Based on general CAD system,the fixture of thin-wall parts was designed,an implement framework of the method was established.And through specific cases of fixture design in SolidWorks environment,the application process of the method was illustrated.The verification shows that the method has achieved good results in improving the quality and efficiency of the fixture design.
