| 摘 要： | 介绍了乳化炸药连续生产工艺流程，重点叙述了水相原料、油相、发泡剂溶液的制备，并简介了连续乳化器的结构形式及混合器的作用，指出了连续式生产比间断式生产具有耗能少、效率高、成本低等优点。

| Abstract: | The continuous production process flow of emulsified explosive was introduced. The preparations of water phase raw material, oil phase and foaming agent solution were described in detail. The structure type of continuous emulsifier and the function of mixer were also given, and it is pointed out that the continuous production has such advantages as less energy consumption, high efficiency and low cost compared with the intermittent production. |
