| 摘 要： | 为鉴定大鼠给药落新妇苷后尿中的主要代谢产物,收集其尿样,用聚酰胺固相萃取小柱处理后进样,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法分析.电喷雾离子源在负离子模式下进行扫描,借助碰撞诱导解离方式进行落新妇苷在大鼠体内主要代谢产物的结构确证.共鉴定出6个落新妇苷在大鼠尿中的代谢产物,分别为落新妇苷异构体(M1)、...
