黄河水资源利用现状,预测及对策

人民治黄以来，黄河流域修建了大量的蓄，引，提水工程，为黄河水资源的开发利用创造了良好的条件，１９９０年流域工农业总引用水４７８亿ｍ＾３其中地下水１１４亿ｍ＾３，河川水３６４亿ｍ＾３，用水量最多的是农业灌溉，工业及生活用水比重较小，据分析，２０００年水平全流域总需水量６４０亿ｍ＾３年供水量为６２０亿ｍ＾３，缺水２０亿ｍ＾３，２０１０年水平全流域总需水量为７２３亿ｍ＾３，在满足下游输水入海用水条件下，

Water Resource Utilization, Calculation and Countermeasure in Yellow River

here have been a lot of projects built of water storage,diversion works and drawingwater in Yellow River Basin since the people started to hamers the river, which have createdfavourable condition for the water resource development and utilization in Yellow River. The totalwater consumption in industry,agriculture and daily use was 47, 800 million cubic meters in 1990with most volume in agriculture and comparatively less part in industry and living use,in whichunderground water was 11 , 400 million cubic meters and surface water of 36, 400 million cubic meters. According the analysis,the whole basin of Yellow River will need water supply of 64, 000million cubic meters, and the average annual water supply from the river will be 62,000 millioncubic meters under the consideration of surface and underground water supply;which will basically meet the demands j the water need will be 72, 300 million cubic meters in 2010 and there will bea,shortage of 6, 900 million cubic meters under the circumstances of given enough water for delivery of the sediment in lower reaches into the sea,water resource will be the main factor restrictingthe economics development in the area. The countermeasures to settle the contradiction of waterresource supply and demands are as follows:building key projects in the main stream;saving water in all-over aspects;popularization of dry planting agriculture; strengthing water environmentprotectionl construction of diversion from Yangtz River in western line.
