矿井监控系统串网接口转换器设计

摘    要:针对矿井监控系统中具有串行接口的数据采集终端和远程监控设备需要接入工业以太网的实际需求,给出一种串网接口转换器设计方案。该转换器采用STM32F103C8T6作为主控制器,ENC28J60作为以太网控制器,将uIP协议栈合理配置并嵌入到主控制器,通过设备驱动程序,实现串行数据与以太网数据的双向转换与传输。系统测试结果表明,该转换器工作稳定,性能可靠,能够满足矿井监控系统的需求。

Abstract:To meet the great demands on data collecting and the needs for remote control device to accesses industrial Ethernet in mine monitoring systems,a scheme of interface converter between serial and Ethernet is designed.With STM32F103C8T6 as its main controller,ENC28J60 as Eth-ernet controller,uIP protocol stack is embedded into the host controller after configured reasona-bly.The bidirectional conversion and transmission between serial data and Ethernet data is a-chieved by device driving program.Testing results in laboratory show that terminals with this converter can access each other stably and reliably.
