| 摘 要： | 用粗糙集理论，分析了注塑成型过程中工艺参数对成型不足问题的影响。通过属性约简和值约简，找出影响成型质量的关键因素，从而得到判断成型结果的决策规则。实例分析表明，这种新的诊断方法提高了故障诊断能力，减少了诊断时间，具有实际工程应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | The effect of processing parameters on the insufficient filling problems in the process of injection molding was analyzed by using rough set theory. The key factors affecting the quality of molding were detected through attribute reduction and value reduction, and the decision rules important to control the molding results were thus obtained. The case-analysis results showed this new diagnosis method could improve the ability of fault diagno sis, reduce diagnostic time and be useful in engineering practice. |
