铌酸催化合成丙酸苄酯

摘    要:以铌酸作催化剂,环己烷为带水剂,用丙酸和苯甲醇直接合成了丙酸苄酯.考察了催化剂用量、苯甲醇与丙酸摩尔比、反应时间和带水剂环己烷用量对丙酸苄酯收率的影响.在最佳反应条件下,丙酸苄酯的收率可达到87.9%.

Abstract:Applied niobic acid as catalyst and cyclohexane as dehydrator, the benzyl propionate was directly synthesized with propionic acid and benzyl alcohol. The effects of the amount of catalyst and cyclohexane, the molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to propionic acid, and reaction time on the yield of benzyl propionate had been investigated. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the yield of benzyl propionate could reach 87.9 %.
