废丁苯胶乳/废聚酯纤维高强高模复合材料的制备与性能

摘    要:采用液相高剪切混合、共沉预处理技术改善纤维在橡胶基体中的分散及其界面结合,制备了废丁苯胶乳/废聚酯纤维高强高模复合材料,并系统研究了复合材料的硫化特性、力学性能、动态力学性能和断面微观形貌。结果表明,当纤维的质量分数为60%时,复合材料具有最佳的力学性能,其拉伸强度为23.2 MPa,而未填充纤维的硫化胶强度仅为9.3MPa;同时,室温下材料的储能模量提高了约19倍。

Abstract:The high strength and high modulus composites were successfully prepared from waste styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) latex and scrap polyester fiber.The high-speed shear mixing in liquid and subsequently coagulation technology were used to enhance the fiber dispersion and interfacial adhesion between fiber and rubber matrix.The curing behavior,mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and morphology of the obtained composites were investigated in detail.The results indicate that with the addition of 60% fiber,the tensile strength of SBR increases significantly from its original 9.3 MPa to 23.2 MPa.Furthermore,the storage modulus at ambient temperature is enhances by 19 times.
