升程对导向梯形浮阀的塔板流体力学及传质效率的影响

摘    要:采用空气-水系统,在500mm×500mm的方形塔内,对导向梯形浮阀塔板在不同的浮阀升程下的流体力学进行实验研究,测定塔板压降、泄漏和雾沫夹带。并采用空气-水-CO2系统,在不同的升程下测定斜孔梯形浮阀塔板的传质效率。实验结果表明,导向梯形浮阀塔板的升程对其流体力学和传质性能有显著的影响。

Abstract:Hydrodynamic experiment is carried out under different rising processes of floating valve of guided trapezoidal valve tray in 500 × 500mm square column by using water - air system to measure pressure drop of the tray, weeping, and entrained mist. Mass transfer efficiency of trapezoidal floating valve with slant holes is determined under different rising processes by using water-air - carbon dioxide system. It is indicated in the experiment that the rising processes of the guided trapezoidal floating valve tray have outstanding effect to hydrodynamics and mass transfer performance.
