基于IEC61850的牵引变电所故障录波器

摘    要:随着高速铁路的大规模发展,牵引变电所故障的原因呈现出多样化.针对牵引变电所的特点及牵引变电所故障录波器功能的不足,提出了基于IEC61850标准的牵引变电所故障录波器,给出了数据采集,故障录波启动、记录,故障分析的方法,完成了牵引变电所故障录波器的总体结构以及故障录波器的硬件软件设计.最后采用实时数字仿真仪RTDS搭建牵引变电所牵引变压器、馈线、母线等模型来实时模拟牵引变电所各类故障,结果表明该故障录波器能够满足牵引变电所故障录波的需求.

Abstract:With the large-scale development of high-speed railway,the cause of traction substation fault present diversification.In the light of the characteristics of traction substation and the deficiencies of traction substation fault recorder,the fault recorder based on the IEC61850 standard is proposed in this paper.The methods of data collection,fault recorder start and recording,fault analysis are also discussed.The overall module structure,hardware and software design are introduced.To test the fault recorder in real time,the RTDS is used to build the model of transformer,feeder,bus of traction substation.It is shown that the fault recorder can meet the needs of traction substation.
