燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫废水“零排放”蒸发浓缩工艺应用综述

摘    要:燃煤电厂湿法烟气脱硫废水具有高含盐量、较强腐蚀性和结垢性的特征,回用困难,成为制约全厂废水"零排放"实现的关键因素之一。介绍了国内外脱硫废水"零排放"技术的应用情况,重点分析和比较了国内2个已投运的采用蒸发浓缩+结晶工艺的脱硫废水"零排放"系统的技术与经济性,提出了采用蒸发浓缩工艺的脱硫废水"零排放"系统的技术路线。

Abstract:Wet FGD wastewater at coal-fired power plant is of high salinity,strong corrosiveness and scale formation and not easy to reuse,which becomes one of the key factors of achieving the zero liquid discharge (ZLD) of the wastewater in the whole plant.This paper introduces the application of wet FGD wastewater ZLD technology in the coal-fired power plants at home and abroad,focuses on the analysis and comparison of the technical and economic performance of two operated wet FGD wastewater ZLD systems with evaporation and crystallization process in China,and puts forward the technology roadmap for the wet FGD wastewater ZLD systems with evaporation and concentration technology.
