高海拔地区电网工程人身保障方案及其效果评价

摘    要:高海拔地区自然环境恶劣,施工条件艰苦,要顺利完成施工,对人身保障的要求很高,建立完善的人身保障体系是保证施工顺利完成的关键。首先对高海拔地区特殊环境进行了研究;其次,在对施工条件进行研究的基础上提出了高海拔施工的人身保障方案;最后,引入最小二乘支持向量机综合评价方法,对高海拔电网施工项目进行人身保障效果后评价,并且以青藏联网工程为例进行了实证分析,该方法在一定程度上减少了多指标评价的主观随意性,并且操作简单,可进行重复评价。

Abstract:The natural environment at high altitude is abominable, the personal security requirements are very high. The establishment of perfect personal security system is the key factor for the smooth completion of construction. Firstly, the special environment of high altitude areas is studied. Secondly, based on the research on the construction conditions, personal security schemes of high altitude construction are proposed. Finally,the least squares support vector machine comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to evaluate personal protection effect on high altitude power grid construction project,at the same time,the Qinghai-Tibet network engineering is analyzed as an example.
