基于汽轮机传热管道的内壁状态监测方法

摘    要:在特定边界条件下对热传导方程进行求解,优化所得温度分布方程的系数,并利用分段积分法对系数进行化简,建立了传热管道表面温度-材料特性-内壁状态三者间的关联模型。结合导热反问题,利用所建立的关联模型分析传热管道外表面的温度数据,得到内壁几何形状,并根据内壁几何形状对缺陷的位置、几何尺寸做定量分析。本方法能够提高缺陷检测的精度和实时性,并且降低解析方法计算的复杂性,更好地满足工业安全的要求。通过仿真试验验证了本文提出方法的可行性,为汽轮机安全运行提供理论依据。

Abstract:The heat conduction equation is solved under specific boundary conditions.The coefficients of optimized temperature distribution equation are simplified with the piecewise integral method,so the associated model of heat transfer tube is established.The relationship among the surface temperatures,material properties and inner wall condition of the heat-transfer tube equipment is described in the associated model,which is applied in the inner wall condition monitoring for the heat-transfer tube equipment.Combining with the inverse heat conduction problem,the surface temperature data is analyzed with the associated model to get the inner wall geometrical shape.And the quantitative analysis on the geometry size and position of the defect is made according to the internal geometry shape.This method can improve the accuracy and real-time of defect detection,reduce the complexity of analytical method,meet the requirements of industrial safety,and provide a theoretical basis for the safe operation of the steam turbine.The feasibility of this method is verified by simulation experiment.
