转炉冶炼S38MnSiV钢的生产实践

摘    要:韶钢成功开发了S38MnSiV钢,检验表明该钢种的夹杂物完全能够满足A粗≤2.0,A细≤2.0;B粗≤2.0,B细≤2.0;C粗≤1.0,C细≤1.0;D粗≤1.0,D细≤1.5;粗系之和≤4.5,细系之和≤5.5的要求,氧含量都能够控制在20×10-6以内,实现了该钢种稳定、批量生产,并保证了产品的质量要求.

Practice of Melting Steel S38MnSiV by Converter

Abstract:A new product steel S38MnSiV, which was developed successfully by SGIS, was introduced in this paper. Tests showed that inclusions in the steel could perfectly meet the demands of A coarse ≤ 2.0, A fine ≤ 2.0 ; B coarse ≤ 2. 0, B fine≤2.0;C coarse≤1.0,C fine ≤1.0;D coarse ≤1.0,D fine ≤1.5;sum of coarse series ≤4.5,sum of fine series≤5. 5, the content of oxygen was controlled to within 20 × 10^-6. So far, the stable and batch production of the steel was achieved and the quality requirements of the product could be guaranteed.
