电力电子系统中微控制器内部实时变量显示的研究

摘    要:在工业实时控制系统中,其嵌入式微控制器内部的数字变量不易实时观测,这对其系统调试、故障诊断和性能优化不利.针对这个问题,本文研究了一种基于隔离串行通讯和labVIEW界面显示的解决方案.详细介绍了微控制器内部数字变量的实时采集、与PC机之间实现串行通讯的协议,以及labVIEW接收到数据之后的图形化显示等相关内容.最后通过实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:In industrial real-time control system,the digital variables of embedded microcontroller can't be collected in real time.This is detrimental to system debugging,fault diagnosis and performance optimization.According to this problem,the paper discusses a solution based on isolated serial communication and a display with LabVIEW,and introduces the protocol of serial communication between real-time acquisition of microcontroller internal variable and PC as well as the graphical display of the data received by labVIEW.Finally the feasibility and effectiveness of the method is verified by experiment.
