摘    要:针对某110kV变电站10kV封闭母线桥的噪声问题,通过对电磁噪声和通风噪声的深入分析,经过大量的改造试验,提出加装去离子装置,增强封闭母线桥散热和漏磁效果,消除通风噪声。加强箱体薄钢板的结构刚度,控制箱体的相对振动位移;增加支柱绝缘子和母线绝缘金具的数量,使母线的跨度减小,减轻振动幅度;提高母排的制造工艺,降低尖端放电的可能性,消除电磁噪声。该方案实现了消噪目的,为此类消噪改造工程提供了工程经验。

Abstract:In the light of the noise in lOkV enclosed bus bridge, the electromagnetic noise and ventilation noise are analyzed deeply, and a lot of retrofitted test has been made. It is proposed to add deionizer for improving heat dissipation and leakage magnetic effect of enclosed bus bridge & eliminating ventilation noise. Through strengthening the structural rigidity of box sheet steel,controlling the relative vibration displacement for cabinet, increasing the number of post insulators and insulating fittings bus, the vibration amplitude can be reduced, bus-bar manufacturing process is improved, and point discharge possibility is reduced, and the electromagnetic noise can be eliminated. The program has realized the purpose of noise elimination,is of reference to other noise elimination retrofitting project.
