介绍金湾发电公司2台600 MW机组FGD系统概况.结合FGD系统运行特点,提出脱硫相对生产成本的概念.在满足当地环保要求的前提下,以使脱硫相对生产成本最低为优化原则,对4号机组FGD系统进行运行优化,给出吸收塔系统的最佳运行方式,实现FGD系统经济效益和环保效益的良好平衡.

Operation Optimization of FGD System for 600 MW Unit

The paper gives a brief introduction to FGD system for 600MW unit in Jinwan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.Combined with running characteristics of the FGD system,the paper proposes an idea of relative production costs of desulfurization.That is to say,meeting the environmental requirement,based on the principle of least relative production costs of desulfurization,the paper implements the operation optimization of the FGD system for unit 4,and gives optimal operation mode of absorption tower,providing good balance between economic benefit and environment benefit of FGD system.
