摘    要:邯钢4号高炉近年来经过不断实践和探索,改善原燃料条件、优化高炉操作、提高风温、富氧喷煤等措施,使得煤比大幅度提升至164.7 kg/t Fe、焦比下降到了295.7 kg/tFe,燃料比500 kg/tFe以内,取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract:The No. 4 blast furnace of Han Steel Group has been practicing and exploring constantly for many years. By enhancing the management of raw fuel, the operation and maintenance of the blast furnace, PCI ratio increases year by year, while coke ratio and comprehensive coke ratio decline continuously. PCI ratio increased to 164.7 kg/t Fe. Coke ratio dedined to 295.7 kg/t Fe. And comprehensive coke ratio descended to 500kg/tFe. All of these make excellent economic benefits.
