| 摘 要： | 对韶钢1号高炉降料线实践进行了总结,根据炉顶温度控制要求和煤气含量变化的特点,及时调整打水量和风量等,通过合理控制降料线各种操作参数,根据煤气成分的变化及时切断煤气,共耗时9h56min,实现了安全、环保、快速把料线降到风口,促进韶钢高炉降料面技术的发展.

| Abstract: | This paper summarized the practices of drop feed line for No. 1 BF. Fast, safety, environment - friendly drop feed line to the tuyere level has been achieved by according to the roof temperature control requirements and the characteris- tics of the gas content change, adjusting the amount of air and water, etc. , reasonably controlling the various parameters for the drop feed line, and cutting off the gas supply promptly according to the gas composition changes promptly, within 9h56min, which promotes the technology development of the drop feed line at SGIS. |
