| 摘 要： | 通过C30 2型低压合成甲醇铜基催化剂在新疆克拉玛依石化厂甲醇装置近 8个月的应用 ,分析了操作参数对该催化剂在本装置中使用效果的影响 ,提出了设备能力不配套的问题 ,考察结果表明 ,在设备存在问题较多的不利条件下 ,该催化剂仍具有较高的低压、低温合成甲醇活性 ,若对设备进行配套改造 ,将能取得更显著的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the near 8 months practical operation of type C302 low pressure methanol synthesis catalyst in methanol plant of Karamayi Petrochemical Complex,the affection of operation parameters on using effect of the catalyst is analyzed.Although existing problems of equipment,the catalyst still showed high activity in low pressure and low temperature.If amending the equipment,it will get better economic effect. |
