摘    要:对在奥氏体不锈钢表面采用激光熔覆的镍基合金涂层进行了多次冲击试验。结果表明,在仅为材料静屈服强度13%~75%的冲击碰撞力作用下,涂层与基体都产生了微塑性变形,多冲累积可产生宏观塑性变形;25万次多冲后,涂层的相对应变为4.02%,基体的为8.96%;从涂层到基体出现了由表及里呈衰减趋势的形变现象。

Abstract:Impact experiments of laser cladding nickel-base alloy coats on the surface of austenitic stainless steel indicated that, under the impact force that was only about 13%-75% of the static yield limit of the material, the coat and the base all generate micro-plastic deformation. After many times of trials there would be accumulated macro-plastic deformation. After 250,000 times the relative deformation rate of the coat was 4.02% while that of the base was 8.96%. Moreover, there was deforming hardening phenomenon in the coat and one part of the base. The deforming hardened degree attenuated from outside to inner of the coat and base.
