电极丝超声振动的低速走丝电火花线切割加工研究

摘    要:研究了低速走丝电火花线切割加工中附加超声振动后电极丝的高频振动对加工性能的影响。建立了描述超声振动下的电极丝振动的数学模型,并进行了计算机模拟分析。实验表明,电极丝附加超声振动可以改善极间放电状态,提高加工效率,减少断丝率,降低加工表面粗糙度值。

Abstract:A research has made about the effects of highvibration of wire on the machining performance in LSWEDM assisted with ultrasonic vibration in the paper. The mathematical model to describe the vibrationstate of wire under the action of ultrasonic vibration and discharge force has been established, through which computer simulation has been made in the paper to study the vibration of wire. It was found by experimental results that the machining condition is improved by the wire-tool ultrasonic vibration, high machining rate and good machined surface quality can be obtained,and the breakage of wire can be decreased.
