摘    要:以凹凸棒石棒晶作为内核,用液相沉积法包覆Ni制备核壳结构镍粉须先进行表面活化,目前多采用贵金属钯进行活化。本研究提出采用吸附-还原法活化,利用凹土优异的吸附性能,先在棒晶表面吸附Ni2+,再用还原剂将Ni2+还原成镍,构建初始活化锚点,然后再进化学沉积制备出核壳结构镍粉。分析了吸附-还原活化法凹土基镍核壳结构棒状镍粉的制备机理。该法无需贵金属钯,降低了成本,简化了工艺,有良好的应用前景。

Preparing of Ni/Palygorskite Core-Shell Linear Powder by Adsorb-Reducing Method
Abstract:To prepare 1-D core-shell powders by electroless deposition,the rear metal activation agent Pd was frequently used in many process.This research introduced an adsorb-reducing method to fabricate core-shell powder without Pd added.It was designed due to the outstanding absorption performance ofpalygorskite.First a certain amounts of Ni2+ were absorbed on the surface of palygoskite,and then the absorbed matrix were introduced to the reducing bath,in which the Ni2+ were reduced to Ni0 by reducing agents,the initial catalytic anchor points were constructed.The core-shell structure was established by electroless deposition afterward.The mechanism of this method was draw up in this paper.This method will find potential applications because of its simple process,cut down of consumption and no need of rear metal Pd added.
