环保型磷酸酯化淀粉建筑胶黏剂的制备及应用

研究了磷酸酯化淀粉建筑胶黏剂的制备及其在建筑腻子中的应用。磷酸二氢钠为最佳酯化剂,最佳酯化工艺条件为:磷酸二氢钠与淀粉质量比为3∶20、pH值为5.0、反应温度65℃、反应时间20 min,再经氢氧化钠糊化获得磷酸酯化淀粉胶黏剂,研究了磷酸二氢钠的洗涤、回收和回用工艺条件。利用获得的磷酸酯化淀粉作为胶黏剂制备了磷酸酯化淀粉基建筑腻子,其打磨性、施工性等物理性能符合行业标准要求,甲醛、苯系物、VOC等有害物质未检出,对该建筑腻子原理和机理进行了研究。

Preparation and Application of Environmentally Sound Phosphate Starch Adhesive

The preparation of phosphate esterified starch adhesive and its application in building putty were studied.Sodium dihydrogen phosphate was the best esterification agent.The optimum esterification conditions were as follows:the ratio of sodium dihydrogen phosphate to starch was 3 ∶ 20,the pH value was 5.0,the reaction temperature was 65 ℃,reaction time was 20 min,the phosphate esterified starch adhesive was obtained after gelatinization by sodium hydroxide.The conditions of washing,recovery and reuse of sodium dihydrogen phosphate were also studied.The phosphate esterified starchy putty was prepared by using the obtained phosphate esterified starch as the adhesive.The sanding property,application property and other physical properties were in line with industry standard,formaldehyde,benzene,VOC and other harmful substances were not detected,its principle and mechanism were studied.
