微细粒绢云母-石英分散聚沉行为研究

摘    要:通过沉降试验、表面电位测试和扫描电镜分析,系统研究了在酸性和碱性条件下,分散剂六偏磷酸钠和羧甲基纤维素对绢云母、石英纯矿物和人工混合矿分散效果的影响。结果表明:矿物颗粒沉降行为受介质pH值的影响较大,当分散介质pH值为3和pH值为12时,颗粒极易发生团聚;六偏磷酸钠通过降低颗粒表面电位,增大颗粒间的静电排斥作用,对绢云母和石英具有较好的分散效果。SEM镜下观察显示,添加六偏磷酸钠后,绢云母表面附着的细粒石英颗粒明显变少。

Abstract:The effect on the dispersion behavior of micro-fine sericite and quartz was investigated with sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as dispersants. The sedimentation test, Zeta potential measurements and scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis was introduced. The result indicates that the sedimentation behavior of mineral particles is obviously influenced by the pH value. The particle is agglomerated in pH=3 and pH=12 slurry. The Zeta potentials of sericite and quartz is decreased by absorbing SHMP. The electrostatic repulsion of particles is increased, and the excellent dispersion behavior is obtained. The fine quartz particles attached to the surface of the sericite significantly reduced with the addition of SHMP by SEM.
