摘    要:采用搅拌磨中硅灰石和TiO_2湿法研磨方式,对制备硅灰石-TiO_2复合颜料进行了实验研究,对制备过程的主要影响因素进行了考察和优化,对其性能和结构进行了表征。结果表明,硅灰石基体研磨时间,硅灰石-TiO_2共混研磨过程机械力和pH值等对复合颜料的性能具有显著影响。硅灰石-TiO_2复合颗粒以TiO_2在硅灰石表面均匀包覆方式所形成,它具有和钛白粉相当的颜料性能。

Abstract:The preparation of wollastonite-TiO2 composite particles through wet mechanical grinding method in the stirred mill was studied. The main effect factors in preparation process were tested and optimized, and the properties and microstructure of the composite particles were characterized. The results indicate that the grinding time of wollastonite substrate, the mechanical force in the process of grinding wollastonite-TiO2 together and pH value have an obvious effect on the properties of wollastonite-TiO2 composite particles. Wollastonite-TiO2 composite particles are formed with the structure of TiO2 coating on wollastonite surface evenly, and the pigment properties of the composite particles are similar to that of titanium dioxide.
