| 摘 要： | 某单一石英型萤石矿含Ca F2 21.55%,Si O2 61.78%,属于低品位萤石矿。在工艺矿物学研究基础上,以常规药剂碳酸钠作调整剂、水玻璃作抑制剂,BK-410作捕收剂,采用"1粗6精2扫"的浮选工艺流程,小型闭路试验获得萤石精矿Ca F2品位95.37%,回收率为85.82%的FC-95级别的萤石产品,较好地回收了萤石矿物。

| Abstract: | A single quartz fluorite ore contains CaF2 21.55％,SiO2 61.78％,which belongs to low grade fluorite ore.Based on the study of process mineralogy,using conventional chemical sodium carbonate as the modifying agent,water glass as inhibitor and BK-410 as collector,the floatation process in a crude six fine two sweep,small closed-circuit test,FC-95 fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade 95.37％,CaF2 recovery 85.82％ was obtained,fluorite minerals was recovered well. |
