水泥稳定煤渣填料的耐腐蚀性能试验研究

摘    要:为研究水泥稳定煤渣及作为路用填料的耐腐蚀性能,通过室内试验对水泥稳定煤渣、水泥稳定碎石两种填料在干湿循环条件下进行抗腐蚀性能的测试。结果表明:两种类型的填料,质量的损失率均随着干湿循环次数的增加而增加,在30次循环之前质量损失率增长较为缓慢,30次循环以后质量损失率的增长速度开始逐渐加快。在氯盐环境下,5%的Na Cl溶液腐蚀性最强,可以给填料带来60%左右的强度损失;在硫酸盐环境下,10%的Na2SO4溶液腐蚀性最强,会造成填料62%左右的强度损失。相对于水泥稳定碎石,水泥稳定煤渣表现出更好的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:In order to study the corrosion resistance of cement stabilized cinder used as road filling.Corrosion resistance laboratory test has been carried out for cement stabilized macadam and cement stabilized cinder under the condition of dry-wet circulation.It suggests that the mass loss rate of the two types filler increases with the increase of dry-wet circulation. Before the 30 cycle, the mass loss rate increased slowly, and it began to accelerate after the 30 cycles.As strength the corrosion of 5% NaCl solution is the strongest and can bring about 60% of the strength loss in chloride environment. In the sulfate environment, 10% of the Na2SO4 solution is the most corrosive, resulting in the loss of strength of about 62%. Compared with the cement stabilized macadam, cement stabilized cinder exhibit better corrosion resistance.
