摘    要:利用激光粒度仪,以比表面积为评价指标,研究商洛黄龙铺钼尾矿粉磨后的粒度分布特征,探讨了钼尾矿的易磨性。并通过XRD、IR对钼尾矿粉的微观结构进行分析。结果表明:钼尾矿具有较好的易磨性;粉磨120 min时,钼尾矿含有大量亚微米级和纳米级颗粒,钼尾矿粉的比表面积可以达到692 m~2/kg。随着粉磨时间增加,钼尾矿粉颗粒由晶态向非晶态转化。磨细钼尾矿具有火山灰活性,但是粉磨时间过长会出现团聚使活性降低。

Abstract:The particle size distribution of milled molybdenum tailings from Huanglongpu molybdenum tailings of Shangluo of China were investigated by laser particle size instrument. The grindability were discussed. And the mineral microstructure of molybdenum tailings were researched by XRD and IR. The results show that molybdenum tailings have a better grind ability than blast furnace slag. The specific surface area were 692 m2/kg by milling for 120 min, much smaller particles with submicron or nanometer size were also observed. With the increasing of milling time, the particle morphology transformed from crystalline state to amorphous state. Grinding molybdenum tailings have got pozzolanic property. Because of the reunion phenomenon, too long grinding time will decrease the pozzolanic property.
