聚合物改性煤矸石粉煤灰混凝土性能研究

摘    要:为探讨聚合物对大掺量煤矸石粉煤灰混凝土性能的影响,制备不同掺量苯乙烯、191#UP和196#UP 3种聚合物改性大掺量煤矸石粉煤灰混凝土试件,进行抗压强度、抗折强度、碳化性能试验研究。结果表明,3种聚合物的加入均提升了混凝土试件抗压强度,且应控制掺加191#UP和196#UP的量在10%左右;掺加3种聚合物的混凝土试件抗折强度都有明显提高,折压比也呈增长趋势,测得掺191#UP和196#UP混凝土的韧性比掺苯乙烯的性能优越;混凝土试件的碳化深度随着聚合物掺量的增加而逐渐减小,说明聚合物可以改善混凝土的碳化性能,并且随着聚合物的增加,改善效果越明显。试验表明,适量掺入聚合物可以改善大掺量煤矸石粉煤灰混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度及碳化性能,这为聚合物改性大掺量煤矸石粉煤灰混凝土性能的应用提供了试验依据。

Abstract:To investigate the influence on the performance of polymer with large amount of coal gangue fly ash concrete, prepared with different amount of styrene, 191#UP and 196#UP three kinds of polymer modified fly-ash concrete with a large amount of coal gangue specimens were observed by the compressive strength, flexural strength, carbonation test research. The results show that the addition of three kinds of polymers are able to enhance the compressive strength of concrete, and they should be controlled with the amount of 191# UP and 196 #UP at around 10%; flexural strength of three kinds of concretes mixed with polymer are obviously increased, the ratio of flexural is linear growth, and the concretes which are mixed with 191#UP and 196#UP, whose toughness of performance is superior than mixing styrene; concrete carbonation depth of parts decrease with the increase of the amount of the polymer, carbonation properties of polymer can improve the concrete, and with the increase of polymer, improving effect is more obvious. The tests have shown that adding polymer can improve fly-ash concrete with large amount of coal gangue compressive strength, flexural strength and carbonation resistance, this provides a experimental basis for the application of modified with large amount of coal gangue fly ash concrete.
