江西某高岭土除铁提纯试验研究

摘    要:江西某高岭土矿中含Al2O3 25.56%,Si O2 60.95%,属于典型砂质高岭土矿,但由于含铁量高,白度低,未能开发利用。采用SLon-J150浆料高梯度磁选机1粗1精工艺流程除铁,最终产品中Fe2O3含量降至0.12%,白度提高到95%以上,产率27%以上,达到造纸涂料行业对于高岭土产品技术要求。

Abstract:A kaolinite in Jiangxi containing Al2O325.56%, SiO260.95% belongs to the high quality kaolinite raw resource. Because of its high content of iron and low whiteness, it has not been exploited and utilized. A high-grade kaolinite concentrate was obtained containing 0.12% Fe2O3 and whiterness more than 95% with the yield above 27% in the process of single-stage roughing and single-stage cleaning by using SLon slurry magnetic separator. The final product meets the requirement of paper coating industry for kaolin technology.
