摘    要:以有机改性蒙脱石为囊膜壁壳,采用皮克林乳液法制备蒙脱石微囊。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和红外光谱对所制蒙脱石微囊的形貌和结构进行了表征。通过蒙脱石微囊对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B的吸附行为,探讨了其吸附性能。采用单因素法考察了微囊浓度、溶液p H值对染料分子吸附性能的影响。探讨了微囊对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B混合染料的选择性吸附。结果表明:所制蒙脱石微囊经正硅酸乙酯交联后形貌保持较完整。微囊的红外特征吸收峰与蒙脱石特征吸收峰一致。不同微囊浓度和p H值条件下,蒙脱石微囊吸附亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B的过程符合一级动力学方程。微囊对亚甲基蓝和罗丹明B混合染料的吸附具有选择性,对亚甲基蓝的吸附速率高于罗丹明B。

Abstract:Oranic modified montmorillonite is used as membrane wall for preparation of microcapsules by Pickering emulsion method. The morphology and structure of prepared montmorillonite microcapsules were characterized through optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy. The adsorption performance was investigated based on the adsorption of methylene blue and and rhodamine B by montmorillonite microcapsules. The effects of microcapsule concentration and pH on the adsorption properties of dye molecules were investigated through single factor method. The selective adsorption of methylene blue and Rhodamine B mixed dyes by microcapsules was also investigated. Results showed that the morphology of prepared montmorillonite microcapsules was remained intact after being cross-linked by tetraethoxysilane. The bands of characteristic spectra of microcapsules were consistent with originalmontmorillonite. The adsorption processes of methylene blue and rhodamine B by montmorillonite microcapsules were matched with manner of the pseudo first-order equation. The competitive mixed dye adsorption by microcapsules is selective with inhanced adsorption rate of methylene blue than that of Rhodamine B.
