水泥稳定煤渣路面基层强度及导热性试验研究

摘    要:为研究水泥稳定煤渣作为路面基层填料的强度及导热性能,通过室内试验对不同煤渣用量的填料进行抗压试验、劈裂试验及导热系数测试。结果表明:随着煤渣用量的增加,水泥稳定煤渣填料的强度出现先增大后减小的趋势,强度上的显著水平表现出40%煤渣用量35%煤渣用量30%煤渣用量45%煤渣用量50%煤渣用量。填料的导热系数随着煤渣用量的增加而逐渐减小。综合考虑填料的强度及导热性能,煤渣用量宜在35%~40%。

Abstract:Compression test,tensile test and thermal conductivity test have been carried out for the study of cement stabilized coal cinder as strength and thermal conductivity of base.It suggests that with the increase of the cinder content,cement stabilized cinder fillings strength increased at first and then decreased.The significance of the strength showed that 40% cinder content>35% cinder content>30% cinder content >45% cinder content >50% cinder content.Thermal conductivity of fillings decreases with the increase of the amount of coal cinder.Considering the strength and thermal conductivity of fillings,cinder content should be in 35%~40%.
