摘    要:以特变电工新疆新能源股份有限公司化学气相沉积(CVD)法生产的白炭黑为原料,采用湿法改性工艺,六甲基二硅氮烷(HMDZ)为改性剂,水为改性助剂,甲苯为溶剂,对其进行有机化改性研究。由单因素及正交实验得到气相法白炭黑表面改性的最佳工艺条件为:改性温度110℃,改性时间1.5 h,改性剂用量15%,搅拌速率900 r/min。对改性产品进行技术指标测试,结果表明:产品达到疏水性白炭黑标准要求。通过采用接触角、IR、TG手段对改性效果进行表征,结果表明改性后白炭黑表面呈现良好的疏水性。

Abstract:In this paper, fumed silica produced from chemical vapor deposition (CVD) of Xinjiang tebian new energy company was chosen as raw material by a modified wet process, hexamethyldisiloxane as modification agent, water as modification assistant agent, toluene as solvent, to study on organic modification. We used the single factor and orthogonal experiment to obtain the best condition of the modification of fumed silica:reaction temperature 110 ℃, reaction time 1.5 h, the amount of modification agent 15%, stirring speed 900 r/min. Through the technical indicators test of modified products, the results indicate that the products meet the standard requirements of hydrophobic white carbon black. The results show that modified fumed silica has better hydrophobicity by measuring the contact angle, IR, TG etc characterization modified effect.
