印尼油砂尾砂的综合利用——生产外墙腻子

摘    要:以印尼油砂尾砂为原料,添加适量水泥、石英砂、可分散乳胶粉与羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)等制备外墙建筑腻子。结果表明,石英砂与尾砂的质量比为1∶1,在灰钙掺量15%(质量掺量,下同),水泥掺量30%,可分散乳胶掺量1.3%,HPMC掺量0.3%,木质纤维掺量0.3%,抗裂纤维掺量0.2%的配合比下,生产外墙建筑腻子的标准黏结强度0.77 MPa,冻融黏结强度0.48 MPa,吸水量1.8 g/10min,基层抗裂性0.05 mm。油砂尾砂作为原料,生产外墙腻子的性质指标满足《外墙建筑用腻子》(JG/T 157-2009)行业标准要求,实现了尾矿的综合利用。

Abstract:Using the milltailings of Indonesia's oil sand to prepare the outer wall putty with a certain of cement, quartz sand, redispersible emulsion power and HPMC. The experimental results show that the bonding strength of putty, which are 0.77 MPa on ordinary and 0.44 MPa under freeze-thew cycles, the water absorption quantity are 1.8 g/10min,anti-cracking are 0.05 mm, respectively, under the following conditions: 1.0 of mass ratio of quartz sand to malltailings, 15% of mass ratio of ash calcium, 30% of mass ratio of cement, 1.3% of mass ratio of redispersible polymer latex power, 0.3% of mass ratio of HPMC, 0.3% of mass ratio of cellulose fiber, 0.2% of mass ratio of anti-cracking fiber. The qualitiy of outer wall putty meet industry standard requirements of products, which is in accordance with the regulation of building exterior wall putty, realizing the comprehensive utilization of tailings.
