超声离心法钠化提纯膨润土

摘    要:以四川三台、广西田东、新疆夏子街3个产地的膨润土为原料进行钠化提纯实验,对比重力沉降与超声离心两种不同钠化提纯工艺效果;探索离心转速、离心时间、钠化剂用量对钠化提纯效果的影响,通过物化性能的测试,比较提纯前后阳离子交换容量(CEC)、膨胀容、胶质价、吸蓝量。采用X-射线荧光、X-射线衍射仪分析原矿及提纯样品的化学成分和物相组成。结果表明,超声离心可以提高提纯效果,并且提纯后物化性能有大幅提升。

Ultrasonic Centrifugation Sodium Purified Bentonite
Abstract:The purification of bentonite from three producing areas of Sichuan Santai, Guangxi Tiandong and Xiazijie of Xinjiang was studied, and the effect of two kinds of Na+-transformation and purification processes of gravity sedimentation and ultrasonic centrifugation were compared. The influence of centrifugal speed, centrifugation time and the amount of sodium reagent on Na+-transformation and purification of bentonite was explored, the physical and chemical properties of cation exchange capacity (CEC), swelling capacity, colloidal price, blue absorption capacity, X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffractometer were used to analyze the ore, and the chemical composition and phase composition of the sample were analyzed. The results show that the ultrasonic centrifugation can improve the purification effect, and the physical and chemical properties of the purified product are greatly improved.
