摘    要:通过单矿物浮选试验研究了腐殖酸钠、单宁酸和六偏磷酸钠对方解石和萤石浮选的影响。单矿物试验结果表明,以单宁酸为抑制剂的浮选体系下,萤石和方解石浮选差异最大。人工混合矿试验结果表明,使用单宁酸能够实现萤石和方解石浮选分离。吸附量测试表明,单宁酸在方解石表面的吸附量要多于在萤石表面吸附量,这是单宁酸对方解石抑制作用强而对萤石抑制弱的主要原因。

Abstract:In this paper, single mineral flotation tests has been carried out to study the effects of sodium humate, tannic acid and sodium hexametaphosphate on the calcite and fluorite flotation. The results of single minerals show that using tannic acid as depressant the difference between fluorite and calcite flotation is the largest. Artificial mixed ore test show that the fluorite and calcite separation can be achieved by tannic acid. The adsorption measurement indicated that tannic acid on calcite surface is higher than that on fluorite surface, which is the main reason for the strong depression on calcite.
