摘    要:以阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和氨羧络合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐为改性剂,制得阴-阳离子复合改性蒙脱石,达到对废水中重金属离子和苯酚进行吸附的效果。通过X射线衍射及热重分析对蒙脱石原土、CTMAB改性蒙脱石和阴-阳离子复合改性的CTMAEDTA蒙脱石进行结构特征的表征,并通过等温吸附、酸效应和热力学的方式探讨蒙脱石的吸附特征及改性对蒙脱石吸附效果的影响。结果表明:CTMAB和EDTA成功柱撑在蒙脱石层间,改性蒙脱石可以同时吸附重金属和苯酚,pH值对吸附效果的影响较大,在中碱性条件下吸附效果最好,吸附反应为吸热反应,以熵推动进行。

Abstract:Employ positive ion surfactant-cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAMB) and complexone-ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt as modifiers to prepare negative-positive-ion compound modification montmorillonite and to realize the absorption effect toward heavy metal ion and phenol in waste water.Then adopt XRD and TG to conduct structural characteristics characterization toward montmorillonite natural soil,CTMAB modification montmorillonite and negative-positive-ion compound modification CTMA-EDTA montmorillonite and adopt isothermal adsorption,acid effect and thermodynamics methods to discuss the adsorption characteristics of montmorillonite and the influence of modification on adsorption effect of montmorillonite.The results show that the CTAB and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt successfully support in montmorillonite layers,and the montmorillonite after modification can realize the effect of adsorbing heavy metal and phenol at the same time;pH value has relatively larger influence toward adsorption effect and the adsorption effect is the best under medium-alkali condition-the adsorption reaction is endothermic reaction and is proceeded driven by entropy..
