摘    要:国内某高钙石英型萤石矿中CaF_2品位为38.22%,含钙脉石矿物含量较高,分离困难。通过对浮选药剂制度优化,提高浮选效率,降低选矿成本。确定以碳酸钠作为pH值调整剂,水玻璃作为石英的抑制剂,单宁(S-217)和六偏磷酸钠作为方解石的抑制剂,YN-12作为萤石的复合捕收剂,采用"1粗6精"的选别流程,最终获得精矿CaF_2品位97.21%,回收率69.04%,SiO_2品位1.02%,CaCO_3品位0.24%。

Abstract:There is 38.22% CaF2 in a quartz-fluorite ore in China.It is difficult to separate because of high content of calcic gangue.In order to improve the floatation efficiency and decrease the separation cost,we optimized floatation reagent system.The conclusion is that fluorite concentrate with content of CaF2 of 97.21%,recovery of 69.04%,SiO2 content of 1.02% and CaCO3 of 0.24% was obtained by the process of one-roughing,six-cleanings with sodium carbonate as pH regulator,sodium silicate as a inhibitor of quartz,S-217 and sodium hexametaphosphate as inhibitors of calcite,YN-12 as composite collector of fluorite.
