摘    要:介绍了一种在三维参数化CAD软件(UGS NX)中用水轮机叶片测绘数据进行三维绘型的逆向工程方法.叶片建模的基本数据来自实物叶片的测绘资料,包括样板曲线和叶片表面上不规则的测绘点群.建模的程序包括:测绘数据导入,创建叶片轮廓曲线,用三维数据创建叶片轴面型线,创建叶片网格曲线,创建叶片头部曲面,创建叶片表面曲面,创建叶片实体等.

Abstract:A reverse engineering method for 3D modeling of runner blade of hydraulic turbine, from measured data, in 3D parameterized CAD system is introduced herein. The basic data for the modeling includes boundary curves of the templates and measured "point cloud" on the blade surfaces. The modeling procedure is as follows : input measured data into NX; create the boundary curves of blade surfaces; create the meridional profile from 3D blade data; create mesh curves of blade surfaces; create sur-face of blade head; create mesh surfaces of blade, and create solid part of the blade.
