| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种新型高压氨泵采用干气密封的结构及工作原理。为降低使用和维修成本,提出了国产化改造方案,并给出了液氨的气化率和密封的泄漏量计算方法。实际使用情况表明:密封的改造设计是合理的、成功的。

| Abstract: | A new type of dry gas seal structure and working principle applied on high pressure ammonia pump were recommended. In order to decreasing costs of operation and maintenance, the domestication plan was proposed. The calculation methods of liquid ammonia gasification rate and the bearing seal spillage were suggested. The actual application situation denoted that: the design of bearing seal transformation was reasonable and successful. |
