粉煤灰替代部分水泥的膏体充填技术

摘    要:针对膏体充填成本高、强度低及大量粉煤灰露天排放给环境造成污染的状况,金川二矿区采取了以粉煤灰替代部分水泥作为胶凝剂的方案。多年的生产实践与研究表明,粉煤灰具有良好的胶凝活性,在质量分数和水泥用量相同的条件下,添加粉煤灰可以大幅度提高后期强度,并且龄期强度随粉煤灰用量的增加而增大,对提高胶结充填质量、降低充填成本及实现工业废料综合利用发挥了重要作用。

Study On Paste Filling Using Fly Ash to Replace Few Cement

Abstract:In view of the high cost and low strength of the paste cement filling used in No.2 mine, and much coal fly ash exhausted openly which polluted atmsophere badly, it was proposed to use partial fly ash instead of cement as the binding agent. The practice and research show that coal fly ash has potential cohesive activity, and at similar mass concentration and cement content,the addition of coal fly ash can greatly improve the strength in the later period and the age strength is increased with the increase in the fly ash content, thus laying a foundation for realizing industrial waste comprehensive utilization to improve the cement filling quality and reduce the filling cost.
